We are a B2B SaaS company searching for a new Head of Customer Success. An empathetic leader who can build and execute strategy, rally a team behind a mission and drive results.   

Your duties and responsibilities 

  • You and your team are the face of eturnity to our existing, valuable customers. Your job is to empower your team, so they can make sure our customers get real value out of our solutions through consultation, training and ongoing support.  
  • Lead and coach the Customer Success team members and help them become the best versions of themselves 
  • Work closely with the leadership team to continuously evolve our Customer Success strategy and processes, improving our efficiency and building our organisation for scale without compromising customer experience. You are directly reporting to the CRO 
  • Establish a data-driven approach to measure and improve Customer Success performance, report on KPIs to the senior leadership team

What you bring as the ideal candidate 

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a B2B SaaS Customer Success professional with a strong background in delivering a world-class customer experience 
  • Skilled people leader who fosters continuous learning and growth and helps a team achieve extraordinary results 
  • Entrepreneurial, pragmatic, supportive, hands-on problem solver with excellent communication skills. Someone that is perceived as “one of us” with his team and peers 
  • A proven track record of driving customer success in an international context, comfortable with working in diverse environments and collaborating with global teams 
  • Data-driven mindset, leveraging KPIs to draw actionable insights and optimize performance 
  • Willingness to travel to Switzerland headquarters regularly 
  • Excellent English skills is a must and good German skills are beneficial
