Do you love analyzing complex processes, developing smart solutions, and orchestrating technical systems to work together seamlessly and efficiently? As an Automation & System Architect (m/f/d), you will play a key role in advancing our internal system landscape - with direct impact across all areas of the company.
What you’ll be working on
- You design scalable system architecture, integrate new tools, and optimize existing processes
- You take technical ownership of systems such as Salesforce, Chargebee, and Bexio
- You are a data expert and can translate complex data into clear, insightful reports (BI dashboards)
- You lead projects for the implementation and development of internal systems - from planning through to execution
- You identify opportunities for automation, implement efficient solutions, and ensure data quality
- You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, understand their requirements, and deliver pragmatic technical solutions

What you bring as the ideal candidate
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable field
- Experience in project management and system integration, ideally in a fast-growing, digital environment
- Familiarity with BI solutions and experience in developing management report
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of technical understanding
- Solid experience with tools such as Salesforce, Chargebee, Bexio, Make, and other automation technologies
- Solution-oriented and structured working style with a hands-on mindset
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English; German skills are a plus
