Working at Eturnity means you are part of the energy transition!
Help us scale smarter. We’ve built a powerful product, a sharp brand and a passionate team - now our growth system needs tightening to match. That’s where you come in. As our new Technical Growth Marketer, you’ll bring structure and performance to our marketing engine. From scalable campaigns to CRM flows and data infrastructure, you’ll connect the dots between awareness, conversion, and revenue. If you love digging into systems, spotting inefficiencies, and building smarter funnels – we want to talk!
This role blends growth marketing, MarTech, and CRM/data ownership. You’ll operate at the crossroads of product, analytics, and demand generation.
What you’ll be working on
- You design, run and scale data-driven demand and lead generation campaigns across channels – owning setup, targeting and optimisation. You’re hands-on with basic assets, and draw on design and content support when needed, but you don’t rely on it to move fast.
- You build, connect, and optimise marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Clay, Salesforce, web analytics, ad platforms) for seamless campaign execution and tracking.
- You set up automated lead nurturing journeys based on lifecycle stages and user behaviours, using dynamic workflows, (retargeting) integrations, and behavioural triggers.
- You develop and maintain reporting dashboards that support the marketing team across our channels, with Salesforce at its core. You help track performance, lead quality, and funnel efficiency, so we can use real-time insights to maximise our conversions. You might need to support other reporting projects with your expertise.
- You run growth experiments across paid, organic, and outbound channels, connecting the dots and using data to iterate quickly and maximise ROI.
- You collaborate closely with Sales and Product to align on ICPs, optimize lead handoff, and ensure pipeline quality.
- You identify opportunities for system automation, data enrichment, and process improvement - and implement those solutions end-to-end
What you can expect from us
- Flat hierarchy: Your ideas matter - short decision paths, plenty of room for input
- Passion: Be part of an international and innovative team
- Development: We support you on your journey to collectively achieve your professional goals
- Flexibility: Organize your working hours flexibly according to your needs
- Freedom: Work from your home office (you need to be based in Europe) and spend up to 2 months per year working at a location of your choice within Europe
- Fun: Team days in our office in Switzerland (St. Gallen)
- Purpose: You have the opportunity to contribute to accelerating the energy transition with your job
What you bring as the ideal candidate
- A strong grasp of growth marketing fundamentals — from lead generation and funnel optimization to campaign execution and performance analysis. Including a track record of improving key funnel metrics like MQL to SQL conversion, CAC, and ROAS.
- Hands-on experience with marketing and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Google Tag Manager, ad platforms, analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau, data enrichment tools) and the ability to connect them through APIs, scripting or automation platforms.
- A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and sharp judgement — you're fluent in SQL, spreadsheets, dashboards, and attribution models. But more importantly, you know which metrics matter, and how to act on them fast.
- Experience designing and running multi-step nurture flows: email, retargeting, in-app messaging – and improving performance through smart sequences and targeting.
- Familiarity with web tech and integrations, from UTM tracking and JavaScript snippets to webhooks and scraping tools.
- A proactive test-and-build mindset. You spot inefficiencies, test fast, and own your solutions all the way to implementation.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to translate business goals into technical solutions that work for marketing, sales, and ops alike.
- Fluency in English and solid communication skills. You can explain yourself clearly, collaborate easily and you aren't afraid to challenge what is not working.
